Default Default Username and Password

I have a customer who have been left up shit creek without a paddle with one of these voicemail cards. They no longer have a support contract with NEC, the time is wrong and some people's mailboxes are incorrectly setup.

I was told by an NEC engineer that there was a standard username and password for these things that most engineers know - but there are so few here in the UK, we've never been privy to it. Can anyone help?

It's a Sopho mymail @ net 510i

Thanks

The standard administrator account is named Sandy Simmons

The username, as default, is $sandy
Leave the password blank

I can't get into this system anymore via the web management and I have a feeling somehow the last time I was administering it I have somehow demoted the $SANDY account to non-system-administrator.

I've been told that without previously making someone else an admin, I might just be fuc4ed....

I have a few last straws I have clung to - I notice in the terminal maintenance menu I have an option to factory reset subscribers - does anyone know if this will also reset the $SANDY account to be an admin again?

Otherwise maybe tricking it into logging in via phone???

Any ideas before I have to factory reset it and lose everyone's messages and prompts?

Thanks
